Pax Christi Prayer Service

August 9, 7:00 PM (EDT): Join members of Pax Christi Rhode Island as they commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Nuclear Bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. With communities around the world, they will seek forgiveness for unleashing destruction on humanity and for continuing to make, store and threaten to use nuclear weapons again.

The hour-long Prayer Service for Remembrance and Repentance will include history, prayers, scripture readings, poetry, testimonies, live music and silence to mourn the victims.
