FALL FAITH FORMATION PROGRAMS
Dear Parents,
Our Faith Formation staff, Mrs. Andreozzi, Mrs. Morisseau, and I have met with our school Principal, Mrs. Desmarais, to discuss plans for the reopening of school and our programs of Faith Formation.
As you know, Faith Formation has always been the primary responsibility of parents. In the near future we will be providing a survey to allow parents to express their concerns and suggestions as to how we can successfully operate our Faith Formation Programs in light of all the new requirements for keeping everyone safe.
Your input is important to us to help us respond to the needs of our children and their families. Our staff is open to change and in helping our parents and children provide whatever support is needed to continue our children’s Faith Formation.
While attendance at Mass has always been a primary concern, we understand that safety is also an important concern. We share your concerns and will work closely with you to help you in any way we can. Much will depend on directions from the public sector. Thus, a variety of responses will need to be in place to respond to whatever phase we are in at any given time.
The wearing of masks and social distancing will play a key role in all our plans. As always, I know we can rely on your support and cooperation. Nothing is more important than the wellbeing and safety of our children. To that end we are totally committed.
It is important that you check the website and inserts in the parish bulletin to find out about all the information needed to register your children for this year’s Faith Formation programs, and all the usual information regarding times, dates, places etc.
Please continue to check the website and parish bulletin for the survey, and all-important information. As always you may call the Faith Formation Office at 461-5691 if you have any questions or concerns. Through prayer and mutual support, we will continue strong in our faith and in our love for each other during this challenging time. Together we will find new ways to pray, worship, and serve the needs of this community.
