New Altar Servers

Any boy or girl who is in grade 3 to 12th, and who would like to become an altar server, is asked to fill out the form below and return it to me before Friday, February 8th .

If you have any questions please call me at 467-4895 or see me after Mass on the weekend. After February 8th , I will send you some dates and times for an initial meeting. Thank you for your willingness to serve at the altar.
